Hot Galvanized Coil Sheet is a plated product; in order to produce this product, pickled hot rolled coil undergoes heat treatment in CGL to secure certain quality of material and go through zinc plating bath.
Plating Process
This is the process to increase the adhesion of plating; the product is pickled with heat treatment, goes through POT. The amount of plating is adjusted to the customer request by Air Blowing(60~400g/m2).
