Galvanized Steel is made by heat treating cold rolled coil in CGL in order to secure certain amount of the quality then by passing it through a zinc bath for plating. It is used in wider range of civil engineering, automobile, electrical installation and other variety of industrial areas.

Clean Plants and Equipment
(Purging by Electrolysis /Direct Furnace)		 This process is to remove the left over rolling oil on the strip with the flame and Purging by Electrolysis in order to increase adhesion when painting.
Annealing/plating Zinc plating is done through a zinc bath after annealing process in order to secure processability and the quality of the material of the final product. The amount of plating shall be adjusted to the customer request by air blowing(60~720g/㎡).
Alloy Process It is a process to form an alloyed layer of Zn-Fe by heating a strip as much as 550℃ at a furnace in order to improve weldability which is the weak point of anti-corrosive steel sheets.
