Purging by Electrolysis |
This is a process of removing the contamination and the rolling oil through mechanical and chemical reaction by passing the cold rolled steel in through an alkaline solution before annealing. |
Annealing(CAL) |
In order to soften the hardened quality (during cold rolling) of the steel, this process secures the right material quality and the processability through the heat treatment of heating → crack → quenching → slow cooling. |

(Skin Pass Mill) |
For the adjustment of the illumination intensity and the shape of the coil surface (which completed annealing), the elongation percentage would be at 0.3~3.0%. |

Porcelain enamel steel sheet |
It is classified into deep processing(SCP13), general processing(SCP12) and general purposes(SCP1) according to a manufacturing method and final use. The product used for deep processing and general processing is mainly used for a washing machine, a dehydrator and components of general home appliance, etc. and the one used for general purpose is mainly used for kitchen utensils and containers which are not deeply processed and used for plastic working more than 3 times. |
High Tensile Steel |
It is classified into general purposes(SCP1), general processing(SCP12), deep processing(SCP13) and TRIP-typed high tensile steel according to a manufacturing method and final use. Products used for SCP1 are commonly used for manufacturing an automobile seat, ones used for SCP12 are used for Rail Lever, Parking Brake, ones used for SCP13 are mainly used major shell plating materials like Fender, Hood, etc., and TRIP-typed high tensile steels are used as a stiffener like a door, bumper, etc. |
